It is a Dutch type maturing cheese made of cow milk which has exquisite taste. It has little oval eyes the size of rice. Gouda cheese has quite soft, flexible, uniform, crumbly pulp. It is characterized by a delicate and slightly aromatic taste. Fat content - 45%. The cheese can be used for various purposes. It is great for direct consumption, but it can also be put on sandwiches or added to salads, casserole dishes etc.
