Fettina is a high quality fryture used to deep frying, which do not smoke and dim. It emphasizes natural flavour and aroma of fried food (high smoke point - over 230^oC). Used in preparing food at deep frying e.g.: donuts, chips, meat, fish and vegetables.  Storage temp. 15^oC.
